Free for Ontario landlords
Is this pay stub real?
Upload a rental applicant's pay stub, employment letter or bank statement. In seconds we check it for signs of editing.
What the free check looks at
- Editing software: whether the file passed through a PDF editor, design tool or stub generator.
- Hidden edits: changes saved on top of the original, and text typed over other text.
- Fonts and dates: text added by a second program, and dates that don't add up.
